My district purchased a ClearTouch Panel for each campus as a pilot program. They eventually want to use the panels to replace the teacher computer and the projector mounted on the ceiling. It is an honor to have been chosen for the pilot program for our technology department.
My class and I love using the panel and the Note software. We have converted our regular "Morning Meeting" activities to make them tech friendly.
The students love "moving their name" first thing upon arrival. The screen is divided into two sections called, "At Home" and "At School". They use the stylus or their finger to click on their name and move it to the other side. It is very helpful to me when it is time to do the daily attendance. If I happen to forget to open the program, they are quick to remind me.
Stay tuned for other things we are doing during our "Morning Meeting"!
Welcome to my blog. I created this blog to help others expand their knowledge and to learn from other teachers. This is a great place for teachers to share their ideas, tips, and tricks for using technology in the classroom. Integrating technology in the classroom daily is a wonderful way to keep your students engaged.
